SERVICES

We provide continuous mesh belt hardening and tempering service mainly for fasteners, spring components, press components, bearing components, washers, chain components, dowel pins, clips, terminal components and various precision components thickness of 0.2mm-15mm. We also provide services for stress reliving, precipitation hardening and aging process for automotive, non-automotive and engineering components.

We are ISO 9001-2015 certified quality-centric organization, which aims at providing quality service to our customers as per CQI 9 and customer specific requirements. The metallurgical testing laboratory is equipped with hardness tester, microscope and other required instruments.
